- Monthly follow-ups via video. Dose adjustments, side-effect management, lab review.

How long is the initial telemedicine visit?
The initial physician evaluation typically takes 20-30 minutes by video. Dr. Sharma reviews your medical history, BMI, contraindications, goals, and answers your questions. If you're a candidate, the prescription is written during or shortly after the visit and sent to a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy.
What technology do I need?
A device with a camera, stable internet, and a private space for the visit. We send the secure video link by email; no app download or account creation required. HIPAA-compliant platform.
Do I ever need to come into the Costa Mesa clinic?
